Momentum Launches Health Division With Former ExL Events Leaders

Former ExL Events veterans Bryon Main, Shari Gelfand, Jayson Mercado and Warren Drysdale will lead the company’s new division, aiming to provide unparalleled service, value for all stakeholders

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Momentum Events, a leader in enterprise technology, legal, regulatory and Conference as a Service (CaaS™) events, announced today the launch of Momentum Health, a division designed to provide year-round training, virtual events, conferences, roundtables and networking opportunities to the entire pharmaceutical, biotechnology, payer, provider and mental health care ecosystem.

Founded by current Momentum COO and Co-Principal and former ExL Co-Founder and CEO Bryon Main, Momentum Health has assembled an all-star team that includes current Momentum Vice President of Marketing Shari Gelfand, former ExL Events Managing Director Jayson Mercado and former ExL Events Senior Conference Director Warren Drysdale.

Mercado and Drysdale bring more than 35 combined years of experience to Momentum Health, having personally overseen a portfolio of events that drove over a third of ExL’s revenue generation in recent years, including the Digital Pharma™ Series of events.
