Facility Nearly Doubles in Size; Company Extends Services Through Greater Number of Private Ambulatory Infusion Suites

The new 7,200-square foot location is at 1600 Oakbrook Drive, Suite 560, Norcross, Ga., 30093, 470.226.2300, just four miles from the Company’s former location. The new facility, which doubles the size of Soleo Health Atlanta, is home to an expansive specialty pharmacy with a custom-built ISO 5 clean room, which is an ultra-clean stringent classification required for compounded sterile medication preparations. Soleo Health also offers five private ambulatory infusion suites for patients receiving complex biologic and infusion therapies.,

From the new pharmacy location, Soleo Health Atlanta manages the delivery of a broad range of specialty pharmacy services and infusion therapies. Employing more than 40 people, including skilled clinicians who deliver care on-site at the new facility and patients in their homes. Soleo Health Atlanta provides. specialty compounded therapies to patients throughout Georgia, including those in Norcross, Dunwoody, John’s Creek, Alpharetta, Duluth, Lawrenceville and Cummings and surrounding areas and extends services to North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida.

Among the therapies and complex specialty pharmaceuticals Soleo Health Atlanta administers are, to name a few, antibiotic treatment, parenteral nutrition and inotropic therapy for acute patient care needs. The state-of the-art facility also provides immunoglobin therapy and Vyvgart™, a newly U.S. Food & Drug Administration approved treatment for generalized myasthenia gravis (gMG), a severe and chronic autoimmune disease. Soleo Health Atlanta also specializes in treating patients with rare and ultra-rare diseases, including amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), thyroid eye disease (TED), hemophilia and muscular dystrophy.

Soleo Health Atlanta is headed by Jennifer Joiner, RN, BSN, regional business leader and immunoglobin specialist. Joiner brings nearly 20 years of healthcare-related experience to her role. A former ICU nurse for 14 years before joining Soleo Health, Joiner began her tenure at Soleo Health in 2016, serving in sales management before assuming the branch leadership position. Joiner handles the day-to-day operations of the branch alongside Pharmacy Manager Wenda Bailey and Market Business Leader Jason Carey.
