ConcertAI Appoints Missy Jerome as Chief People Officer

HR expert to lead workforce innovation and culture transformation to support ConcertAI’s continued expansion across agentic AI and life sciences

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ConcertAI, a leading oncology real-world evidence and AI SaaS technology company, today announced the appointment of Missy Jerome as ConcertAI’s Chief People Officer. In her role, Jerome will lead workforce design, driving transformation across talent, leadership, culture, and systems to attract industry leading talent and build high-performance teams across technology, AI, and life sciences disciplines.

As Chief People Officer, Jerome will serve as a strategic leader responsible for developing and scaling ConcertAI’s people and organizational strategy to support the company’s agile, high-performance, and mission-driven culture rooted in collaboration, inclusion, and innovation. She will also oversee the development of scalable organizational structures supporting the company’s rapid global expansion, while implementing initiatives for enhanced engagement, retention, and employee experience across teams.

Jerome has nearly 15 years of HR leadership experience, including at healthcare and health technology organizations such as athenahealth and Signature Healthcare. Prior to joining ConcertAI, Jerome served as the Chief People Officer at Commonwealth Financial Network where she was primarily responsible for the development and implementation of innovative HR programs enhancing employee engagement, supporting the employee lifecycle, and driving organizational success.
