Massive Bio and Global Leadership in Oncology & Wellness (GLOW) Announce Partnership to Expand Access to Clinical Trial Information for Patients and Caregivers

The partnership brings together GLOW’s patient and caregiver programs with Massive Bio’s AI-powered clinical trial matching to help families make informed decisions about care.

BOCA RATON, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Massive Bio, an agentic AI and real-world data (RWD) company advancing oncology drug development, commercialization, and access to precision medicine, today announced a partnership with Global Leadership in Oncology & Wellness (GLOW), a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to bridging the gap between patients, caregivers, and the scientific community. Through the partnership, the organizations will work together to connect patients and caregivers in GLOW’s community with information about clinical trial options and the guidance to act on it.

The partnership pairs GLOW’s education and advocacy work with Massive Bio’s platform, which will support GLOW’s programs by connecting its community with clinical trial matching and navigation support. The collaboration is designed to give families a clearer view of the clinical trial options that may be available to them.

“Patients and caregivers make better decisions when they understand their options early. GLOW has built a community grounded in education and advocacy, and this partnership lets us bring clinical trial matching and navigation support to the families it serves,” said Arturo Loaiza-Bonilla, M.D., Co-Founder and Chief Medical AI Officer at Massive Bio.

Massive Bio’s platform combines patient-consented multimodal data with clinical intelligence to identify patients and support trial enrollment. These capabilities will support the trial matching and navigation tools offered to GLOW’s community.

“Technology only matters when it reaches people in a form they can use. Working with GLOW allows us to make our trial matching and navigation tools available to the patients and caregivers who rely on its programs, built on the patient-consented data standards our platform is designed around,” commented Çağatay Çulcuoğlu, Co-Founder, CTO and COO at Massive Bio.

GLOW’s programs include mentorship and peer support, educational workshops, nurse navigation, and access to clinical trials, helping patients and caregivers become educated, informed advocates from diagnosis through survivorship.

“At GLOW Oncology, we believe that every patient deserves the opportunity to make informed decisions about their cancer care, including access to clinical trials when appropriate. By combining trusted community relationships, patient-centered education, and innovative technology, we can help bridge gaps in awareness, access, and representation. Our partnership with Massive Bio reflects our shared commitment to empowering patients and caregivers with the knowledge, resources, and support they need to navigate their cancer journey and explore the treatment options that may be right for them,” said Andrea P. Eidelman, Esq., Co-Founder, President & CEO of GLOW Oncology.

Both organizations share a commitment to ensuring that research and drug development reflect the needs of people living with cancer, and to reaching families through organizations they already trust.

“Access to clinical trials depends on trusted relationships as much as technology. Working with GLOW gives us a way to reach patients and caregivers through an organization they already rely on, and to support them with clear guidance when a trial is the right option,” added Toygun Rauf Onaran, SVP, U.S. Provider Engagement and Partnerships at Massive Bio.
