SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. & PRINCETON, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Kardigan™, Inc. (Nasdaq: KARD) (“Kardigan”), a precision cardiovascular company, announced today the appointment of Kristin Reinke to its Board of Directors, where she will serve as chair of the Audit Committee.
