Encore Outdoor Advertising ("Encore") has built a strong presence across Wayne, Pike and Lackawanna Counties in Pennsylvania, offering both static and digital billboard advertising solutions to local and regional businesses.

This strategic tuck-in acquisition expands Adams' footprint in the Northeast and builds on the more than 600 billboard faces the company already owns and operates across the region. By adding assets located within Adams' established coverage area, the acquisition increases regional density and enhances Adams' ability to deliver effective campaigns for both local and national advertisers.

The assets are positioned along key corridors in the Pocono Mountains, an area supported by daily commuter traffic and year‑round tourism. This expanded coverage strengthens Adams' reach across Northeast Pennsylvania, allowing the company to better serve local businesses, regional brands, and national advertisers seeking consistent visibility.

"Encore has developed a high-quality plant in a region where we already have a strong presence," said Kevin Jones, Chief Executive Officer of Adams Outdoor Advertising. "This tuck-in acquisition allows us to build on that momentum, increase our density, and continue delivering exceptional coverage and results for our clients across Northeast Pennsylvania."

Following the closing, Adams will integrate the assets into its existing operations, continuing to provide high-quality out-of-home advertising solutions to businesses throughout the region. Max Drachman and his firm assisted Encore Outdoor Advertising in the transaction, serving as advisor to the seller.
