ITA Group Deepens Support of Ownership Works Through Premier Sponsorship of CEO & Executive Convening

WEST DES MOINES, Iowa--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ITA Group, a 100% employee-owned global engagement agency, has been named a Premier Sponsor of the Ownership Works 2026 CEO & Executive Convening, taking place April 22–23 in New York City.

Hosted by Ownership Works, the CEO & Executive Convening brings together CEOs, senior executives, investors, and business leaders of organizations advancing broad-based ownership models. It’s a forum for peer learning and meaningful dialogue around leadership, engagement and broad-based employee ownership.

ITA Group became an official partner of Ownership Works in 2025, deepening that commitment in 2026 by becoming a Premier Sponsor of the CEO & Executive Convening, which includes ITA Group providing event management support. The two organizations align on a shared belief that employee ownership is most effective when paired with strong cultures of engagement, communication and trust.

“Supporting the Ownership Works CEO & Executive Convening is a natural extension of our shared commitment to helping leaders build organizations where people feel genuinely invested in the outcomes they help create,” said Brent Vander Waal, CEO and President of ITA Group. “As a 100% employee-owned company, we’ve seen how ownership—when supported by the right culture and experiences—can be a powerful driver of engagement and long-term success.”

ITA Group was founded in 1963 but has been an employee-owned company since 1987. With nearly four decades of employee-ownership experience, ITA Group understands firsthand how ownership, culture and engagement work together to foster accountability, pride and performance.

Since launching in 2022, Ownership Works has partnered with public and private companies to expand broad-based employee ownership globally. Ownership Works aims to help generate at least $20 billion in wealth for workers by 2030 through shared ownership programs that strengthen culture, improve business performance, and enhance employees’ financial wellbeing and inclusion.

“ITA Group’s support reflects a deep understanding of the role culture and engagement play in making shared ownership successful,” said Anna-Lisa Miller, Executive Director of Ownership Works. “Their perspective as an employee-owned company, combined with their expertise in designing meaningful experiences, makes them a valued partner at this convening.”

Together, Ownership Works and ITA Group are working to advance a bold vision for the future of work—one where ownership creates opportunity, strengthens organizations and builds value for employees and businesses alike.
