Real Time Medical Systems to Demonstrate How Live Data Supports Clinical Standards and Survey Readiness at PALTC26

Session highlights how real-time insights strengthen communication, interdisciplinary collaboration, and regulatory compliance in nursing facilities

BALTIMORE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Real Time Medical Systems (Real Time), the industry-leading, KLAS Rated, and HITRUST Certified post-acute analytics solution, announced today its participation in an additional educational session at PALTC26, the annual conference of the Post-Acute and Long-Term Care Medical Association (PALTmed), taking place March 26–28 in Anaheim, CA. As regulatory scrutiny intensifies alongside ongoing staffing challenges and rising clinical complexity, clinical and operational leadership must find efficient ways to maintain consistent care standards while promoting clear communication and effective oversight across teams.

"A strong culture of care is built on shared visibility and consistent communication. When care teams have access to timely, actionable information, they're better equipped to collaborate effectively, reinforce expectations, and identify compliance risks."

As part of the PALTC26 conference agenda, Kathy Derleth, RN, BSN, Customer Success Manager at Real Time, will present “Leverage Live Data to Maintain a Culture of Care, Communication, and Compliance” on Friday, March 27, 2026, from 10:30am to 11:30am PT.

The session will examine real-world approaches to using live clinical and operational data as a daily support for skilled nursing facility teams. Attendees will learn how improved visibility into care delivery enhances communication across departments, reinforces clinical standards, and provides earlier insight into potential compliance risks – supporting ongoing survey readiness without adding manual burden to already stretched staff.

“A strong culture of care is built on shared visibility and consistent communication,” said Kathy Derleth. “When care teams have access to timely, actionable information, they are better equipped to collaborate effectively, reinforce expectations across the organization, and identify compliance risks early. Live data becomes an everyday tool for keeping teams aligned and residents at the center of care.”

PALTC26 attendees are encouraged to attend this session for insights they can apply immediately to improve communication, strengthen interdisciplinary coordination, and sustain compliance in nursing facility operations. We hope to see you there!
