Rajant Corporation Welcomes Cris Boyd as Chief Growth Officer

Veteran U.S. Army leader brings decades of strategic operations and technology expertise to drive Rajant’s next phase of growth

MALVERN, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rajant Corporation is pleased to announce the appointment of Cris Boyd as Chief Growth Officer. A retired U.S. Army officer with 32 years of distinguished service, Boyd brings a wealth of expertise in technology integration, strategic growth, and customer engagement across defense and industry sectors.

During his military career, Boyd served across the Infantry, Signal Regiment, and Army Acquisition Corps, holding key roles in Product Management and Project Management. His service culminated as Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations at RDECOM (now CCDC DEVCOM). Following retirement, he transitioned to a civilian industry leadership role, specializing in business development and customer relations with a strong focus on integrating innovative technologies to defense priorities.
