Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney Strengthens Commercial Litigation Team with Addition of Partner Siddartha Rao

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--New York litigation boutique Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney, LLP announced today that seasoned commercial litigator Siddartha Rao has joined the firm as a partner. Rao brings to HNRK nearly two decades of experience in securities, intellectual property, and other disputes in federal, state, and appellate courts as well as arbitration forums.

Before joining HNRK, Rao was a litigation partner at Romano Law PLLC, where he helped grow the firm’s litigation group into its largest department and establish a national footprint. His background as a litigator includes experience with cryptocurrency disputes, federal securities claims, intellectual property issues, business defamation and libel cases, and business valuation matters. His notable victories include securing a seven-figure arbitral award against a cryptocurrency platform and his successful trial defense of fraud and conspiracy claims relating to an eight-figure medical device transaction.
