Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney Bolsters Insurance Recovery Practice with Addition of Bradley Nash

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--New York litigation boutique Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney, LLP announced today that Bradley Nash has joined its Insurance Recovery Litigation & Counseling group as partner. Across a nearly 20-year career, Nash has amassed vast commercial litigation experience in New York’s federal and state courts, including noteworthy wins in disputes over directors and officers insurance and other policy types.

Before joining HNRK, Nash practiced at Schlam Stone & Dolan, where he established the firm’s insurance recovery practice, and at Covington & Burling in New York. He has particular experience representing D&O insurance policyholders facing potential civil and criminal liability, and in one groundbreaking case secured the first reported decision in New York state court granting injunctive relief against an insurance carrier for advancement of defense costs. He has handled coverage disputes under policies involving commercial liability, professional malpractice, employment practices, computer fraud, product contamination, and under other types of insurance policies and has achieved eight-figure recoveries for policyholders.

Nash also represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial disputes. He regularly litigates cases involving commercial contracts, business torts, the ownership and control of closely held entities, and securities and derivative claims.
