Alida Appoints Vikki Kolbe to Board of Directors

Vikki Kolbe, a seasoned entrepreneur and global business leader, joins to support the company’s hyper-growth in Customer Experience Management

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Alida (formerly Vision Critical), creator of the world’s first CXM & Insights Platform, today announced the appointment of Vikki Kolbe to its Board of Directors.

A transformative business leader with over 38 years of technology and global business development experience, Kolbe is Co-Founder and CISO of KGCloud Advisory where she helps clients to accelerate the repeatable, secure and profitable delivery of customer value at scale. With deep roots in information, security and privacy, Kolbe brings a unique perspective to the Alida Board of Directors with an intersection of strategic business requirements, security, and enterprise technology implementations.

Previous to KGCloud Advisory, Kolbe spent her career in key leadership positions, including as Senior Vice President of Cloud Services at Oracle Corporation where she led a global team who supported 60+ industry solutions across eight vertical markets, which generated over $1B in managed service and SaaS revenue. Prior to her tenure at Oracle, Kolbe held executive appointments at HighRoads, Inc., Affinnova, NaviSite Inc., and Allaire where she led teams across engineering, professional services, security, managed services and cloud operations.
