Melissa Davis-Hartranft Joins Covera Health as Vice President of Customer Success to Advance Strategic Client Initiatives

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Covera Health, the country’s leading provider of clinical analytics solutions to reduce medical misdiagnoses and improve healthcare quality, recently welcomed Melissa Davis-Hartranft as its Vice President of Customer Success.

With expertise in strategy, customer solutions, and healthcare benefits, Davis-Hartranft will manage key accounts and build out Covera’s customer success team to support the organization’s growing client base of health plans and self-insured employers. Through its quality analytics and AI platform – uniquely sitting in between payers and radiology providers nationwide – Covera works with these health plans and employers to reduce misdiagnoses and improve overall outcomes for their members in all 50 states.

Davis-Hartranft will serve as a key member of Covera’s leadership team, working across sales and operations to both accelerate and elevate the value the company brings to its payer-clients. She previously served as Senior Vice President and Executive Director of Benefits at Santander Bank, as well as Senior Vice President of Benefits Consulting for Fidelity Investments, where she provided strategic oversight and delivered creative business solutions for both clients and internal stakeholders.

“Melissa brings to the table the perfect background and set of experiences to help Covera support not just our current clients, but also our customer pipeline of tens of millions of covered lives,” said Ron Vianu, CEO of Covera Health. “Having spent decades at or serving jumbo employers, she truly understands what is necessary for clients to be successful, which in turn, helps improve the health and wellbeing of their members across the country.”

“When I first learned about Covera, I was immediately drawn to its unique offering – one that truly and meaningfully impacts people’s health in the weeks, months, and even years after a radiology study. Quality in healthcare, and particularly quality in diagnosis, is paramount,” said Davis-Hartranft. “I’m thrilled to join Covera to support its rapid growth and to contribute to this incredible effort to give millions of patients the best chance of recovery.”
