LOWELL, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--MACOM Technology Solutions Inc. (“MACOM”), a leading supplier of semiconductor solutions, today announced at the virtual International Microwave Symposium (IMS), two new wideband MMIC power amplifier products, the MAAM-011291-DIE and MAAM-011277-DIE.

The MAAM-011277-DIE is a wideband 0.25 Watt power amplifier. This power amplifier has 22 dB of linear gain and 25dBm P3dB with 17% PAE while biased at 5 V. The product is ideally used as a driver amplifier for applications in the 20 GHz to 45 GHz range.

The MAAM-011291-DIE is a wideband 1 W power amplifier MMIC die with 19 dB of linear gain, 30dBm P3dB and 15% PAE while biased at 5 V. This product can be used as a driver or power amplifier in applications covering 20 GHz to 45 GHz.
