OncLive® to Host State of the Science Summit™ on Multiple Myeloma

Oncology experts from Tisch Cancer Institute at Mount Sinai will share updates on the management and treatment of multiple myeloma

The summit will be co-chaired by medical experts from the Tisch Cancer Institute at Mount Sinai: Ajai Chari, M.D., associate professor of medicine, director of clinical research of the Multiple Myeloma Program and associate director of clinical research, Mount Sinai Cancer Clinical Trails Office; and Sundar Jagannath, M.D., MBBS, director of the Multiple Myeloma Program and professor of medicine (hematology and medical oncology).

This interactive and educational meeting will discuss novel treatments for multiple myeloma. Expert presenters from the Tisch Cancer Institute at Mount Sinai will delve into informative topics facing multiple myeloma specialists, oncologist, nurses and other medical professionals such as treatment approaches for newly diagnosed multiple myeloma, updates in transplant, minimal residual disease and maintenance, improving outcomes for relapsed/refractory disease, novel therapies, chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy, immunotherapy and a case presentation on relapsed/refractory multiple myeloma. The presenters will also engage in a peer exchange discussion and address audience questions.

  • Deepu Madduri, M.D., assistant professor of medicine, hematology, medical oncology and urology.
  • Samir Parekh, MBBS, associate professor of medicine, hematology, medical oncology and oncological sciences.
