Auros Brings Human Insight Into AI-Powered Product Development Through Cursor Marketplace

Auros joins the SpaceX Super Intelligence Partner Network as a Marketplace Partner, making its MCP server available to teams using Grok Build

BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Auros, the human network behind AI and the company behind UserTesting and User Interviews, today announced that its UserTesting Model Context Protocol (MCP) server is available through the SpaceXSI Marketplace, giving product, design, engineering, UX, and research teams using Grok Build a direct way to bring human insight into AI-powered product development.

Winning products are built on deep customer understanding. Now that coding agents let teams ship in a fraction of the time, they need new ways to get feedback and stay connected to their users.

The new integration puts human insight back into the workflow, starting with the first prompt. Teams can draw on existing customer insights to give AI better context, so initial outputs are stronger from the start. Then, using Auros’ participant networks and customer insight capabilities, they can recruit participants, launch studies, and validate ideas with real people before anything ships.

The integration is part of Auros’s role as a Marketplace Partner within the SpaceXSI Partner Network. Marketplace Partners are independent software vendors that publish plugins on the SpaceXSI Marketplace to extend the capabilities of the Grok product portfolio.

As a SpaceXSI Partner Network Marketplace Partner, Auros is helping teams make human insight a more continuous part of the product development process. Instead of waiting until the end of a development cycle to gather customer input, teams can use Auros to inform and evaluate AI-generated concepts, test experiences with real people and bring evidence-based findings back into the workflow as they build.

“The next generation of AI-powered products will be shaped by teams that can combine the speed of AI with the discipline of continuous learning,” said Eric Johnson, CEO at Auros. “By bringing Auros into the SpaceXSI Marketplace, we’re making it easier for teams to move from generating an idea to learning from the people who will use it, without treating research and validation as separate steps in the process.”

“Building with SI is changing the pace of product development, but speed is most valuable when it leads to better outcomes,” said Toni Adams, Head of Partnerships, SpaceXSI. “Auros helps teams bring real human feedback into that process, giving customers using Grok Build a practical way to test ideas, learn from users and improve the products they are creating.”

The UserTesting MCP server supports workflows including participant recruitment, study creation and launch, customer feedback retrieval and the validation of AI-generated concepts. Auros’s network includes more than 7.6 million verified people, including 3.2 million professionals across 140 industries.
