Century Golf Partners Expands Relationship with Spanish Hills Club

Partnership with Root’n USA assumes lease of Camarillo private club

CAMARILLO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SHC Golf Partners, LLC, owned by an affiliate of Century Golf Partners and Root’n USA, has acquired the lease for Spanish Hills Club in Camarillo, California, effective today. Century Golf Partners will manage the Club, building on the support Century Golf Partners has provided since September 2024. The same partnership acquired nearby Las Posas Country Club in 2021.

Spanish Hills Club joins Las Posas Country Club as the partnership's second Camarillo, California club.

SHC Golf Partners succeeds Camaraderie Clubs, led by Travis Brasher, which held the lease and managed the Club for the past six years, making significant investments.

“Travis Brasher and Camaraderie Clubs built a solid foundation at Spanish Hills, and we are grateful for their work,” said Jim Hinckley, Partner and CEO of Century Golf Partners. “Alongside Las Posas, this deepens our roots in Camarillo and positions us to keep growing and improving the Club.”

Set on one of Camarillo’s highest points, Spanish Hills is known for championship golf, renowned food and beverage, and panoramic views of Ventura County. The Club also recently served as a filming location for Netflix’s “Beef” Season 2 and Apple TV’s “Palm Royale.”

“Spanish Hills has one of the most remarkable settings in Southern California,” said Seh Yoo, CFO of Root’n USA. “With Century Golf Partners now managing the Club, we look forward to honoring the Club’s foundation while building an even stronger future.”

The Club's on-site team remains in place, and operations continue uninterrupted.
