Century Golf Partners Strengthens Growth Strategy with Appointment of Andrew Montemayor as Vice President, Business Development

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Century Golf Partners announced the appointment of Andrew Montemayor as Vice President, Business Development. In this newly created role, Montemayor will join the company's acquisition team, identifying and pursuing acquisitions, joint ventures, and management opportunities across the firm's portfolio of private clubs, golf courses, and golf resorts nationwide.

Montemayor brings extensive commercial real estate investment experience to Century Golf Partners. He most recently served as Director of Acquisitions at Prescott Group, a real estate private equity firm, where he sourced commercial debt and equity for acquisitions and closed transactions across the hospitality, multifamily, senior housing, retail, and industrial sectors for the firm's Fund II. Previously, Montemayor was an analyst in Goldman Sachs' Global Markets Division, where he managed a commercial real estate bridge loan portfolio exceeding $1 billion.

Montemayor holds a Master of Real Estate and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M University's Mays Business School.
