Catalyst OrthoScience Announces Settlement of Patent Litigation with Shoulder Innovations

Agreement enables continued focus on differentiated innovation, growing adoption, and surgeon partnership

NAPLES, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Catalyst OrthoScience Inc. (“Catalyst”), a private medical device technology company redefining shoulder arthroplasty through simplified, surgeon-focused innovation, today announced that it has entered into a settlement agreement with Shoulder Innovations, Inc. (“Shoulder Innovations”) to resolve all pending patent litigation between the two companies.

The agreement resolves the dispute in its entirety. The terms of the settlement agreement are confidential.
