DigniFi to Offer Nissan Dealers Opportunity to Expand Flexible Payment Options for Service, Parts, and Accessories

Nissan and INFINITI dealers have the opportunity to gain access to DigniFi's mobile-first financing platform to help increase repair approvals, improve customer retention, and drive incremental fixed operations revenue.

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DigniFi, a leading provider of automotive point-of-sale financing solutions, announced that it will offer its services to Nissan and INFINITI dealers. Dealers across the United States will have access to DigniFi's Buy Now, Pay Later and flexible financing platform for service, maintenance, repairs, parts, accessories, and eligible protection products.

Nissan and INFINITI dealers can now offer DigniFi’s mobile-first financing platform to help increase repair approvals, customer retention and fixed operations revenue.

This provides dealers another option to help remove affordability barriers that often lead customers to decline or defer recommended work. By embedding financing directly into the service experience, dealers can improve repair order approval rates, strengthen customer retention, and generate additional fixed operations revenue.

"Affordability has become one of the biggest challenges facing today's vehicle owners," said Taylor Nelson, VP of Commercial Partnerships of DigniFi. “Our work with Nissan North America gives dealers another way to help customers move forward with needed repairs and maintenance while creating new opportunities to improve retention, service revenue, and overall ownership experience."

Participating dealers can offer customers a fast, mobile-first financing experience directly from the service drive, parts department, or F&I office. Customers can prequalify, receive a financing decision, and complete the process in minutes from their own device.

DigniFi integrates directly into dealership workflows, allowing financing to be introduced throughout the customer journey rather than only at checkout. The mobile-first experience minimizes disruption for dealership staff while making it easy for customers to access financing whenever affordability becomes a factor.
