RAD Intel Strengthens Leadership Team to Scale Its AI-Powered Portfolio of Operating Companies

With its shared operating foundation now in place, RAD Intel is adding leaders across finance, operations and people to scale the next phase of portfolio growth

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--RAD Intel, the AI-powered holding company building a portfolio of intelligence-driven operating businesses, today announced three appointments to its executive leadership team: Alla Salmon as Head of Finance, Leroy Carver as Vice President of Operations, Christina Baker as Director of People.

Together they’ll build the systems that let every company in our portfolio operate more effectively while benefiting from the intelligence we’re creating across the organization.

The appointments reflect RAD Intel’s continued investment in the infrastructure required to scale a growing portfolio. Through its Artificial Intelligence Buyout (AIBO) strategy, RAD Intel connects specialized operating companies through a shared intelligence layer — helping each business move faster, make better decisions and compound what the organization learns over time. Turning that advantage into durable growth requires operational discipline, financial rigor and exceptional talent. The three new leaders are responsible for exactly that.

As Head of Finance, Alla Salmon will oversee financial planning, forecasting, capital allocation and financial operations across the portfolio. She brings more than a decade of experience leading financial planning and analysis for high-growth, multi-entity organizations across Canada and the U.S. She will strengthen the financial foundation supporting RAD Intel's growth strategy while partnering with leadership on long-term planning, operational performance and future acquisitions.

As Vice President of Operations, Leroy Carver will lead operational strategy across the portfolio, building scalable systems, performance frameworks and operating processes that help each business grow while preserving what makes it unique. Carver spent nearly a decade at Snap Inc., where he helped scale global operations, built proactive monitoring systems supporting hundreds of thousands of advertisers, and partnered across engineering, sales and customer organizations to improve operational performance.

As Director of People, Christina Baker will lead people strategy across the expanding portfolio, overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, organizational effectiveness and culture. She will build the people infrastructure needed to support continued growth while ensuring each operating company keeps its entrepreneurial culture and attracts top talent. With more than a decade in people leadership, Baker has helped high-growth organizations build the HR foundations needed to scale.

“As we continue expanding our portfolio, we’re investing just as intentionally in the infrastructure behind the businesses as we are in the businesses themselves,” said Jeremy Barnett, co-founder and CEO of RAD Intel. “Operations, finance and people are foundational to building companies that scale. Carver, Baker and Salmon each bring deep expertise in their disciplines, and together they’ll build the systems that let every company in our portfolio operate more effectively while benefiting from the intelligence we’re creating across the organization.”

The appointments come as RAD Intel expands its portfolio across marketing, communications and other AI-enabled industries. By investing in shared operational, financial and organizational capabilities, the company is building a foundation that lets each business hold its unique market position while drawing on the collective knowledge, technology and expertise of the broader organization.
