(NYSE: RVTY) today published its 2026 Impact Report, highlighting the Company’s sustainability, social and governance strategy, initiatives and performance. The annual report showcases how the Company continues to translate innovation into real-world impact, while embedding responsible and sustainable practices through its operations.

The 2026 Impact Report highlights the Company’s key achievements, including:
- Disclosing material Scope 3 emissions for the first time, which marks an expansion of the Company’s sustainability reporting.
- Reducing carbon footprint by lowering Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions by 1.3% in 2025 (16% total reduction from the 2022 baseline).
- Achieving a 49% non-hazardous diversion rate, surpassing the Company’s annual goal of 40%.
- Advanced talent retention and workforce development initiatives, reducing voluntary turnover to 7% from 9% and filling 24% of open roles through internal promotions and transfers.
- Launching the Revvity Supports Research (RSR) initiative, which provides general research grants totaling $180,000 to 12 key academic institutions whose work aligns with the scientific areas the Company supports.
