My State MLS Simplifies Broker, Agent Access to HouseCanary-Powered National Listing Program

NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--My State MLS, an MLS that allows members to list and search properties anywhere in the US, announced its participation in a program that surfaces MLS-sourced listings prominently in Google mobile search results powered by HouseCanary.

Brokers and agents anywhere in the country can join My State MLS and make their listings available for the program, which features enhanced listing broker and listing agent branding in Google mobile search results at no additional costs beyond MLS membership. The listings are made available via an agreement with HouseCanary, which powers the program.

After a pilot that has run in eight markets since 2025, HouseCanary today announced a nationwide expansion of the program with full coverage anticipated by sometime this summer. HouseCanary powers the program through its national real estate marketplace, ComeHome, based on agreements with each participating MLS.
