LoopMe Bolsters US Leadership with Senior Hires as Demand for Brand Performance Accelerates

LONDON & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LoopMe, the global leader in brand performance, has appointed Courtney Howell as SVP, Global Partnerships; Maggie Wider Parker as VP, Direct Sales; and Staci Kapnick as AVP, Global Revenue Operations.

As brands and agencies increasingly demand solutions that can connect upper-funnel investment to lower-funnel outcomes, LoopMe is moving fast to meet that demand. Following its 40% gross revenue CAGR sustained since 2018 and ambitions to reach $1BN in revenue, the appointments span the full commercial function, from agency and platform partnerships to direct sales and revenue operations, ensuring the business can scale consistently at pace across its fastest-growing market.

The hires are part of a broader expansion of LoopMe’s North American commercial and marketplace leadership teams, including the appointment of Kat Scudder to lead the company’s West Sales Team across Los Angeles and key Mountain and Pacific Time Zone markets, and Brett Goldslager also joins as VP Sales - East. Beth Gilmore also joins the Marketplace leadership team as VP of Enterprise, overseeing both DSP Demand in the West and LoopMe’s Curation team, while Maria McCarthy joins as VP Central - HoldCos, leading the direct sales team in the region. Finally, Jay Baum has joined as VP Agency Partnerships responsible for setting agency partnership strategy, shaping high‑value commercial frameworks, and unlocking multi‑market opportunities for LoopMe.

Michael Scott, Chief Revenue Officer, commented: "CMOs are under more scrutiny from their finance teams than ever before, every dollar of brand spend has to work. LoopMe gives them the ability to quantify brand lift in real-time and be predictive about what upper-funnel investment flows through to outcomes. That's a powerful thing, and the market hasn't seen it done this way before. These new hires each bring the calibre of experience and commercial instinct to help us take that to more brands, faster. I have high expectations about what we'll build together."

Howell brings over a decade of expertise in agency development, CTV, and outcomes-driven advertising, with a track record of building strategic partnerships at the intersection of media, technology, and data. Before joining LoopMe, she served as Head of Agency Development at Samsung Ads, leading relationships with the world's largest holding company agencies. She also held senior roles at The Hill, WhoSay (acquired by ViacomCBS), and Twitter. As SVP of Global Partnerships, she will lead agency and platform relationships across the business globally.

Courtney Howell, SVP, Global Partnerships, LoopMe commented: "Agencies are asking one question above all others right now: how do we prove that upper-funnel investment is driving real lower-funnel results? LoopMe answers that in a way that hasn't been available in the market before, and I'm excited to bring that to partners on a global scale."

Wider Parker has spent over seven years of progressive sales leadership experience across CPG, pharma, and retail, having grown from Sales Manager to Senior Director of Enterprise Brands at one of the world's leading technology companies. As VP of Direct Sales, she will lead LoopMe's direct sales effort across the Central US, reporting to Michael Scott, with a team based across Chicago, Minneapolis, and Kansas City, and further hires underway.

Maggie Wider Parker, VP, Direct Sales, LoopMe commented: "I'm so thrilled to be joining the team at LoopMe. What drew me here was the growth story and the sense that the biggest chapters are still to come. LoopMe is at the cutting edge of AI and outcomes-based advertising, and that's exactly what customers are demanding. It feels like an opportune time to be part of this."

A specialist in scaling revenue operations across high-growth adtech businesses, Kapnick joins from Seedtag, where she rose to VP Revenue Operations, Americas, with prior leadership roles at Consumer Edge and Dotdash. As AVP, Global Revenue Operations, she will optimize LoopMe's global revenue engine and drive the process efficiencies needed to support the company's next phase of growth.

Staci Kapnick, AVP, Global Revenue Operations, LoopMe commented: "I'm really pleased to be joining LoopMe and shifting my focus to optimizing the global revenue engine and driving process efficiencies across the organization. The adtech landscape moves fast, and I'm looking forward to digging into the data-driven strategies that will streamline our operations and support the next phase of growth."

Brett Goldslager, VP Sales East, LoopMe commented: "One of the biggest shifts in advertising over recent years has been the growing need for marketers to connect brand investment to measurable business outcomes in near real time. What drew me to LoopMe is its unique positioning as an AI-powered brand performance platform focused on delivering guaranteed outcomes, not just impressions. I'm looking forward to partnering closely with agencies and brands as we continue scaling the business."

Kat Scudder, VP West Direct Sales, LoopMe commented: "I am so excited to be joining LoopMe at what feels like a really pivotal moment for the business. The company is solving a problem that has frustrated brand advertisers for years and doing it in a way nobody else has cracked."

Beth Gilmore, VP Enterprise, LoopMe commented: "What excites me about this move is how consumer platforms and brands are increasingly focused on driving engagement, commerce, and re-engagement back into apps. As AI and commerce-first advertising continue to scale, mobile is finally becoming more important than ever. LoopMe has built a remarkable platform and team at the center of that shift, and I'm thrilled to be helping scale the next phase of growth."

Maria McCarthy, VP Central - Holdcos commented: “Some of the most prominent conversations in the industry right now revolve around the Holdcos, so it is a really exciting and interesting area to focus on. LoopMe has the ability to really help Holdcos achieve the brand outcomes they need, and I’m looking forward to supporting some of the largest businesses in the ecosystem that continue to thrive.”

Jay Baum, VP Agency Partnerships, LoopMe commented: "Having spent my career on both sides of the table, at agencies allocating budgets and at the technology companies competing for them, I know how hard it is to connect brand investment to real outcomes. LoopMe solves that in a way the market genuinely hasn't seen before, and I can't wait to bring that to the agency partners I've built relationships with over the years."
