Bruker Announces Quarterly Preferred Stock Dividend

BILLERICA, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bruker Corporation (Nasdaq: BRKR, BRKRP) today announced that its Board of Directors (“Board”) has approved payment of a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of $3.9844 per share on the Company’s 6.375% Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock, Series A, par value $0.01 per share (the “Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock Dividend”). The Mandatory Convertible Preferred Stock Dividend will be paid on March 2, 2026 to stockholders of record as of February 15, 2026.
