(Nasdaq: MDIA), a leading multi-platform media company serving multicultural audiences nationwide, today announced a series of strategic leadership promotions across its sales, marketing, research, and revenue operations organizations. These promotions recognize exceptional performance, sustained impact, and the continued strengthening of MediaCo’s commercial and operational leadership bench.

The promotions include:

Rogerio Alves has been promoted from VP, Digital Sales to SVP, Digital Sales. Rogerio has been instrumental in driving MediaCo’s digital growth, building strong client relationships, and advancing innovation across platforms. His leadership continues to elevate how MediaCo shows up in the marketplace.

Sandra Sánchez Ryan has been promoted from VP, National Sales to SVP, Multimedia Sales (Network and National Sales). Sandra brings focus, consistency, and trust to MediaCo’s network and national sales efforts. Her ability to lead teams while delivering results has been critical to the company’s success.

Renee Mizrahi has been promoted from VP, Ad Sales Marketing to SVP, Ad Sales Marketing & Communication. Renee continues to elevate how MediaCo tells its story to clients and the broader market. In addition to leading Ad Sales Marketing, she assumed responsibility for PR and Communications, significantly strengthening the company’s external voice and presence. Her work plays a key role in positioning MediaCo’s brands and supporting revenue growth.

Mark Sacher has been promoted from VP, Research to SVP, Research. Mark’s insights and strategic thinking help guide smarter, data-driven decisions across the company, ensuring MediaCo remains credible, forward-looking, and ahead of the curve.

LeeAnne Scarione has been promoted from VP, Pricing, Planning and Sales Analytics to SVP, Pricing, Planning and Sales Analytics. LeeAnne has been a driving force behind disciplined pricing, thoughtful planning, and clear analytics that support MediaCo’s sales teams and long-term growth.

Alethea Chow has been promoted from Director of Planning, Pricing and Inventory to VP, Planning, Pricing and Inventory. Alethea’s leadership and attention to detail have strengthened MediaCo’s inventory strategy and planning processes, and her promotion reflects both her expertise and her growing impact.
