In her new role, Morrow will oversee day-to-day operations, lead execution of the Company’s strategic priorities, and partner with the executive team to scale service excellence, operational discipline, and client outcomes across ExtensisHR’s national platform.

Morrow is a proven HCM and business services executive with deep experience leading operational transformation, organizational scaling, and process modernization across technology-enabled service organizations. She is widely recognized for building high-performing teams and for designing operating models that successfully blend modern platforms with a people-first approach, delivering exceptional experiences for employees, employers, and partners alike.

Most recently, Morrow served as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Transformation, and People at a leading benefits technology company focused on simplifying and automating employee benefit administration. Across her career, she has led multi-year transformations supporting tens of thousands of worksite employees, improving service consistency, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction while enabling sustainable growth.
