Kapiotis comes to ExtensisHR as the Company continues to expand its in-house legal and compliance capabilities, ensuring business growth is supported by strong regulatory oversight and proactive legal guidance. His appointment reflects ExtensisHR’s commitment to aligning legal resources with organizational objectives while maintaining high standards of client service.

Kapiotis brings more than 20 years of experience in legal and compliance roles across the PEO industry. He previously served as General Counsel for the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO), where he worked closely with state and federal legislators and agencies, including the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and Department of Labor (DOL).
