Secure Headset Group Appoints Sam Romagnano as Director of Channel Partnerships

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Secure Headset Group (SHG) today announced the appointment of Sam Romagnano as Director of Channel Partnerships, with a dedicated focus on the public safety dispatch market.

The appointment reflects SHG’s continued investment in expanding its management team and channel ecosystem while strengthening support for 911 and emergency communications professionals nationwide.

Romagnano brings more than 25 years of experience building, scaling, and optimizing channel and distribution programs across the communications and headset industries. His background includes senior leadership roles at major headset distributors as well as the successful establishment and expansion of U.S. distribution and reseller channels for international technology brands.

Most recently, Romagnano served for more than 13 years as Director of Account Development at Fontel, where he led strategic account growth initiatives, developed partner programs, and supported long-term revenue expansion in competitive markets. Earlier in his career, he ran dealer sales for a large Chicago-based headset distributor and played a key role in launching the U.S. distribution channel for Swedish conference communications company Konftel.
