ICR Expands Governance & Shareholder Advisory Practice with the Appointment of Donna F. Anderson as Senior Advisor

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ICR, a leading strategic communications and advisory firm, today announced that Donna F. Anderson has joined the firm’s Governance & Shareholder Advisory practice as Senior Advisor. Reporting to Gabriel Hasson, Global Head of Governance & Shareholder Advisory, Ms. Anderson will provide strategic counsel across key areas of governance, stewardship, shareholder engagement, and activism defense, drawing on her nearly three decades of institutional investment experience.

Ms. Anderson joins ICR following a distinguished career at T. Rowe Price, where she served as Global Head of Corporate Governance. Her addition strengthens ICR’s position as the partner companies trust to navigate governance, engagement, and activism with strategic clarity.”

“ICR continues to attract the most respected voices in corporate governance,” said Don Duffy, President of ICR and Chairman of ICR Capital. “Donna’s leadership and judgment have influenced some of the most consequential governance conversations globally. Her addition to the team reflects our continued commitment to providing boardrooms and executive teams with the strategic perspective needed to build durable investor trust.”

“I am excited to partner with Gabe and the team at ICR, a firm that has established itself as a leader in governance and shareholder advisory,” said Ms. Anderson. “I was drawn to ICR’s distinctive combination of market insight, analytical rigor, and trusted relationships across the investment community. I share the belief that governance is a strategic enabler of long-term value and organizational resilience. By pulling together ICR’s deep industry expertise across our service verticals, and combining rigorous analysis with thoughtful, disciplined engagement, we will help boards and management teams clarify investor expectations, foster investor confidence, and deliver measurable outcomes at the moments that matter.”

At ICR, Ms. Anderson will collaborate with the entire Governance & Shareholder Advisory team to provide strategic advice on corporate governance frameworks, board effectiveness, investor engagement, and activism defense. Her experience complements ICR’s deep expertise in proxy voting strategy and shareholder advisory, strengthening the firm’s ability to help clients anticipate and manage complex governance dynamics across global markets.

Ms. Anderson holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s degree from Trinity University.
