Mindset Medical Announces Additional Financing for Contactless Vital Sign Measurement Solutions

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mindset Medical, Inc. ("Mindset Medical" or the "Company"), a digital health company, today announced it has received additional financing from new and existing partners. This investment will enable the continued commercialization and development of Mindset Medical's contactless vital sign measurement solutions. This funding milestone follows the recent FDA clearance of Mindset Medical's respiratory rate measurement technology, which can be used with smartphones, tablets, or laptop cameras.

This financing milestone marks Mindset Medical's second major offering since 2024. Similarly, Mindset Medical has also received two FDA clearances within the last year. By securing these milestones, Mindset Medical has a clear path to transform the delivery of care with its innovative telehealth technology.

Grayhawk Capital and AZ Venture Capital Inc. led the financing with Xcellerant Ventures (XVC) as a new partner. Mindset Medical becomes the latest addition to Xcellerant VC Fund 1, underscoring the fund's commitment to backing transformative healthcare technologies. With this addition, John Shufeldt, Managing Partner at XVC, will join the Mindset Medical board.

Mindset Medical continues to develop its platform, incorporating additional vital sign measurements while working closely with clinicians and patients to ensure each new feature meets their needs.
