Shaun is based in CAP’s New York office with a focus on the banking & finance, consumer, and insurance sectors. Throughout his more than 15-year career, Mr. Bisman has consulted with management and compensation committees to help them make informed compensation program decisions and understand their implications. During his tenure at CAP, Mr. Bisman has provided compensation consulting services to both public and privately-held companies, assisting with corporate governance, peer group development, performance measurement, pay for performance validation, incentive plan design and director compensation.
Ms. Schindler leads CAP’s Chicago office and has expertise in financial services, private and family-owned companies, and the communication of compensation programs. With more than 20 years of combined experience in consulting, human resources, and communications, Ms. Schindler helps clients design and communicate compensation programs for executives, boards of directors, and employees. During her tenure at CAP, Ms. Schindler has worked with several clients to develop tools to help executives understand complex long-term incentive plans and their own potential payouts under different business scenarios.
