BRANDITO Completes Acquisition of PromoSpark

RICHMOND, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--BRANDITO, a leading marketing services platform, announced today the acquisition of PromoSpark, a branded merchandise company based in Fairfield, OH.

The acquisition of PromoSpark brings together two leading industry players with complementary strengths and resources. BRANDITO will leverage PromoSpark’s local market expertise, reputation for best-in-class customer service and creative brand solutions to better serve its existing enterprise clients and position the company for continued growth.
