Minneapolis “Good Wins” Advertising Agency Preston Spire Named in Ad Age’s Best Places to Work 2024

Recognized for its culture and leadership, the employee-owned creative agency continues to be the destination for innovative and driven talent.

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Preston Spire, Minneapolis’ independently-owned “Good Wins” agency, has been awarded one of the advertising industry’s most prestigious honors in Ad Age’s Best Places to Work 2024, an annual ranking of companies that lead the industry in compensation and training and in corporate culture and leadership.

The list honors 50 companies that stand out for their workplace practices, employee programs and benefits. Preston Spire was one of the top 25 winners of companies with 200 or fewer employees. The honor adds to Preston Spire’s 2023 successes, which included a prestigious Effie Award, a Radio Mercury Award, and 18 Muse by Clio Creative Awards.

"I'm so proud of this for our clients and our entire team,” says Jennifer Spire, Partner and CEO of Preston Spire. “When the chemistry in a place feels right, it's the most powerful force in the business. There is no substitute for true teamwork and collaboration, and this award wouldn’t be possible without the hard work and talent of our team.”

Preston Spire rallies around a simple purpose and a focused mission: to supercharge the good in brands so they positively grow. The employee-owned agency nurtures a culture that empowers individuals from different backgrounds to lead with bold creativity, relentless innovation, a competitive spirit, and the challenge to perform at the top of their game.

“At the Good Wins agency, it only makes sense to hire people who know how to find the good for our clients and within one another,” says Chris Preston, Partner and Chief Creative Officer of Preston Spire. “This is a great recognition because unlike some awards, literally every one of our clients and every employee in our agency had a hand in earning this.”

The employee engagement and satisfaction survey made up 75% of the overall score. The survey covered pay and benefits and seven other core focus areas including training, development, corporate culture and communications, leadership, and overall engagement and role satisfaction. The employer questionnaire made up 25% of the overall score and covered a company’s policies, practices, benefits, and demographics.
