NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DLA Piper advised Arlington Capital Partners and Everest Clinical Research (Everest), a leading full-service contract research organization (CRO) with expertise in biostatistics and statistical programming, in its acquisition of Brightech International (Brightech), a leading CRO that specializes in complex, value-add biostatistics, programming and clinical data management services.

The acquisition of Brightech will help Everest expand its capabilities and global footprint, deepen its R&D resources, and accelerate its growth. Brightech will continue to be led by its existing management team.
