Zilliant Appoints New Chief Financial Officer

Rick Sorensen brings more than 25 years of experience in finance leadership

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Zilliant, the No. 1 software platform for price and revenue optimization and management, today announced the appointment of Rick Sorensen as chief financial officer.

Sorensen will be responsible for Zilliant’s finance, accounting, treasury, tax and investor relations functions. He brings more than 25 years of experience to the company, including serving as the chief financial officer at private equity-backed software, SaaS, payments and tech-enabled services companies.

Prior to Vitech, he served as the chief financial officer at Stack Sports and Insurity. He also held leadership positions at LexisNexis, ChoicePoint and Equifax.
