AccessOne Rolls Out Refreshed Brand Design to Reflect Commitment to Modern Patient Payment Experiences

CHARLOTTE, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AccessOne, a leading provider of consumer-centric patient payment tools and financing options, today announced a rebranding effort that aligns with the company’s expanded focus on automation, digitization and intuitive patient communication channels. The simpler, sleeker design comes after a milestone year of investments in digital payment and communication channels and reflects the company’s commitment to advancing modern patient payment experiences.

“Getting the patient financial experience right has never been more important for healthcare providers in this era of higher patient financial responsibility and tight operational margins. AccessOne is committed to simplifying the financial journey for patients and staff alike, and we have brought together a powerful yet pragmatic combination of digital payment tools and financing options to meet patients where they are to optimize collections,” said Mark Spinner, CEO of AccessOne. “This new look and feel better reflects who we are today as a company leading the way in healthcare fintech and digital patient financial engagement.”

Over the past year, AccessOne added MobilePay to its portfolio of patient financing options through the acquisition of CueSquared. The text-to-payment feature does not require the user to enter a username or password, to download an app, and it does not redirect them to a portal. It automatically alerts patients when a new balance is available, creating seamless financial experiences at a time when patients want digital options for healthcare payment. Patients can pay in full, pay in 4, or opt into an extended payment plan. Today, 27% of payments made via MobilePay are collected within 24 hours, and 82% are collected in a week.

Since the acquisition, AccessOne has added nine new clients and expanded services at an additional eight. MobilePay has experienced exponential year-over-year growth including a 69% increase in notifications delivered, 73% increase in monthly payments and 75% growth in monthly dollars collected—all reflective of the push at health systems to identify simple ways for patients to pay and reduce strain on staff.

AccessOne’s new look is built on the company’s values in delivering payment solutions in a compassionate, focused, reliable and innovative way. By making the financial journey easier for patients and providers, the company’s vision is to help everyone access a superior payment experience.
