Mogul Now Accepting Nominations for Its 2022 Top 100 List of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Leaders

Full list of winners to be announced October 11, 2022

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mogul, Inc., an innovative HR tech software company and diversity-focused executive search firm, today announced that it is now accepting nominations for its list of “Top 100 List of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEIB) Leaders.” Nominations can be submitted here through Sept. 30, 2022. Anyone may nominate an organization, at no cost. Winners will be announced October 11, 2022.

“We believe in recognizing individuals who have shown outstanding leadership related to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging,” said Tiffany Pham, CEO, Founder, and Chairman of the Board at Mogul. Pham is also a widely recognized leader in the DEIB movement. “Truly stellar leaders acknowledge that excellence in DEIB begins with hiring diverse talent and extends far beyond that, with an ongoing commitment to empowering and honoring the uniqueness of all individuals. That includes lifestyle, education, socioeconomic, disability, and veteran statuses,” she said.

According to Pham, nominated leaders should demonstrate the following characteristics:

  • Actively embraces authenticity, diversity, inclusivity, equality, and respect for all
  • Advocates positive change, challenges norms, and creates welcoming environments
  • Embodies the values of a truly inclusive leader

Selected leaders are determined using a weighted scoring methodology, taking into account the leader’s implementation of new practices, support and resources for employees, and overall contributions to raising the bar for industry-wide work standards.

“Diversity includes factors well beyond ethnicity, race, and gender, such as age, religion, sexual orientation, lifestyle, parenting status, veteran status, disability status, social class, and education,” Pham noted, “We are seeking leaders who support diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging for all.”

Nominees will be evaluated on the following criteria, however, Mogul also reviews publicly available information to determine winners:

  • Diversity hiring and advancement practices
  • Inclusive mindset with inclusive company initiatives
  • Progressive workplace resources

Mogul publishes four “Top 100” lists annually, however this current list is Mogul’s only list honoring individuals:
