NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--mSix&Partners North America, a full-service media agency backed jointly by GroupM and The&Partnership, announced today it has named two long-time agency veterans to its leadership team, Etienne DeLisle as Managing Director, Media Planning and Ashley Tsai as Head of Insights. DeLisle and Tsai bring a combined three decades of experience to their respective roles, as well as a diverse and valuable mix of experiences and insights.
“We welcome Etienne's strong agency and entertainment background and Ashley's expertise in both brand and agency leadership. Our clients are hungry to tap into these strengths, particularly from two people who authentically reflect our values: brave, adaptive and inclusive,” said mSix&Partners Chief Strategy Officer of the Americas Nadalie Dias.
Prior to joining mSix&Partners as Managing Director, Media Planning, DeLisle most recently served as SVP, Media Investment for one of Publicis Media’s largest clients. In that role and others, he has been recognized for his innovative work and partnership acumen — spanning linear, on-site activations and digital lead programs, as well as influencer relationship development. Etienne’s interest in mSix&Partners’ people-first culture and innovative client work led him to join the agency.
“At a granular level, while I spent much of 2021 working with cross functional teams to identify future-proof opportunities for the cookieless world and helping clients drive awareness and impact with Gen Z, I also began thinking a lot about what people inside our agency and across our client base really needed to thrive,” said DeLisle. “mSix&Partners is giving me the opportunity to drive our clients’ success, as well as culture and community. That was a huge attraction and I am thrilled to join this special team.”
Throughout her career, Tsai has led analytics strategy and teams on both the brand and agency side across multi-million dollar pet care, online retail, financial services and telecommunications portfolios. In her roles at Mars, Essence and Jet.com, Tsai helped the brands develop rich understandings of their categories and customers and leverage insights and commercial experiences to transform key business challenges into meaningful market opportunities. At mSix&Partners, Tsai is charged with continuing to advance her analytics prowess on behalf of clients, as well as helping mSix&Partners team members and clients decipher data and take advantage of advanced analytics capabilities for true data-driven marketing and to move businesses forward with continuous learning.
“The opportunities mSix&Partners offers to grow in new ways as I help everyone else I collaborate with to do the same is exciting,” said Tsai. “mSix&Partners has a diverse team and client base and I am invigorated by the things we’ll all be able to achieve together.”
According to Dias, mSix&Partners’ Chief Strategy Officer, “Talent wins like Etienne and Ashley are telling. The Great Resignation is making many of us rethink our careers. Knowing that the rethink has led outstanding professionals like Etienne and Ashley to mSix&Partners means the world to us. It’s what our clients and our team need.”
