Probo Medical Acquires Tenvision

TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Probo Medical (“Probo”), a leading global provider of medical imaging equipment, parts, repair and service, announced today the acquisition of Tenvision, LLC (“Tenvision”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Tenvision, founded in 2005, is a Gallatin, TN based provider of medical equipment sales, service, maintenance, repair and training organization with deep specialization in ultrasound equipment. Tenvision’s team of sales representatives, field service engineers and in-house repair technicians bring a long history of providing a deep solution set of products and services to meet healthcare organizations’ ultrasound equipment needs.
