About WaveFront Dynamics Inc.

Founded in 2019, WaveFront Dynamics Inc. (WaveDyn) is a privately held, early-stage medical device company with innovative wavefront diagnostic technology for use in the ophthalmic industry. The eye, like all living structures, is a constantly changing and adapting system. Today, most diagnostic systems measure the eye as a snapshot in time. WaveDyn’s approach is to measure the eye dynamically, like a movie. The regular (sphero-cylindrical) refractive errors and irregularities (aberrations) can lead to a potentially significant reduction in visual function. The company plans to leverage the dynamic measurements to yield new insights into assessing visual performance, advancing treatment options, and improving quality of life for the visually impaired.
