ON Partners Experiences 44% Year-Over-Year Growth, Highest Organic Growth Rate Among Nation’s Top 20 Executive Search Firms

Named to Forbes list of best recruiting firms and ranked among industry’s top 50 healthcare & life sciences search firms

CLEVELAND--()--ON Partners, the experience-driven retained executive search firm, today announced the firm grew 44% over the past 12 months – the highest organic growth rate among the nation’s top 20 executive search firms and outpacing the annual industry average. The firm ranked 17th in market research firm Hunt Scanlon’s annual roundup of the top 50 recruiters in the Americas based on revenue, moving up three positions, and was named to its first annual list of the Top 50 Healthcare & Life Sciences Search Firms. ON has also once again been named by Forbes as one of America’s Best Executive Recruiting Firms.

In the first half of 2020, ON’s team of experienced consultants placed C-level executives and board members at a range of organizations, including Pizza Hut Digital Ventures, NVIDIA, Bazaarvoice, AECOM, Marlin Equity Partners and Information Builders. Serving the healthcare and life sciences sector since the firm’s inception, ON consultants build executive leadership teams for organizations such as IGM Biosciences, Illumina, Sangamo Therapeutics, SOC Telemed and Thermo Fisher Scientific.
