CLEVELAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ON Partners, a pure-play retained executive search firm building diverse C-level and board leadership teams, today announced it has promoted Tindall Hein to senior partner and brought Travis Rivers on board as a senior partner, continuing the firm’s growth and expansion across the private equity, technology and industrial sectors.
Since joining ON in 2018 as a director and being promoted in 2020, Hein has played a key role working with clients to build executive leadership teams at growth equity, private equity and Fortune 500 companies including Francisco Partners, Little John & Co., Marlin Equity Partners, Newell Brands and Tractor Supply Co. Based in Atlanta, she works primarily with organizations placing CEO, operating partner and senior executive roles, with a strong focus on diverse placements.

Hein earned her bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Spanish from Davidson College, where she served as a captain of the D1 Volleyball team.
Rivers has spent over 15 years recruiting top talent for leading consulting, IT and managed services, software and cybersecurity firms, focusing on C-level, vice president and partner searches. He joins ON from a global executive search firm, where he worked in the professional services and software sectors as a Senior Client Partner, with a particular focus on digital technology disruption.
