Simon Greenstone Panatier Earns Praise for Dallas, New York Offices

Partnership is recognized in two practice areas by Best Law Firms

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Trial firm Simon Greenstone Panatier continues to earn accolades from the publishers of The Best Lawyers in America, earning placements in the 2027 edition of Best Law Firms for plaintiffs personal injury litigation and mass tort litigation/class actions representation.

The firm earned Tier 1 placement, the highest possible, for both practice areas in Dallas-Fort Worth and was rated in the New York guide for plaintiffs personal injury litigation.

“Our clients and peers have been generous with their compliments for our work, and their praise is evident in the continued recognition we receive from Best Law Firms,” shareholder David Greenstone said. “We remain committed to living up to their high expectations.”

To be eligible for Best Law Firms recognition, a firm must have at least one attorney selected for The Best Lawyers in America. Dallas shareholders Mr. Greenstone, Jeffrey Simon, Chris Panatier, Leah Kagan and Charles Soechting Jr. were named to the 2026 Best Lawyers list, as was New York associate Robert Ellis. Mr. Simon was recently honored at Best Lawyers' top North Texas-based plaintiffs’ mass tort and class action litigation attorney for 2027. Mr. Panatier earned the same recognition in 2026.

“Our firm continues to have an impact on behalf of families across the globe who have been affected by asbestos products and other dangerous chemicals,” said shareholder Brendan Tully, who manages the firm’s New York office. “We are proud to be counted among the nation’s best firms.”

In addition to cases involving hazardous substances, the firm represents families affected by catastrophic accidents and dangerous products and also handles complex commercial disputes.
