SpeedPro Opens Latest Studio in Tulsa’s Historic Arts District

Studio offers large-format printing and visual solutions to Tulsa businesses and community organizations

TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--SpeedPro, a leading provider of large-format printing and visual solutions, today announced that its SpeedPro Tulsa North location is now open under the ownership of Jon Backes, a Tulsa resident of nearly a decade.

SpeedPro Tulsa North will serve local businesses, as well as community organizations like religious institutions, not-for-profits, and Scouting America, by providing a full suite of large-format printing services: vehicle wraps, wall murals, custom signage, trade show displays, and window graphics. Jon plans to build lasting partnerships that bring visibility to the area’s unique culture and offerings.

As SpeedPro Tulsa North’s owner, Backes brings 25 years of experience in manufacturing and operations to the studio, having served as President of Lifting Hardware for Columbus McKinnon and Kito Crosby. In these roles, Jon oversaw sales, marketing, product management, supply chain and operations for multiple plants, distribution centers, and offices in the Western Hemisphere. Along the way, Jon also worked with wide-format printing providers and led several facility rebranding projects, giving him firsthand insight into the level of service its customers can expect and the value of a unified brand experience.
