Patient-centered model allows for utmost discretion and one-to-one care

ROCKAWAY BEACH, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AIDS Healthcare Foundation (AHF) and AIDS Center of Queens County (ACQC) are pleased to announce the relocation of its Far Rockaway AHF Healthcare Center and ACQC service site to a new state-of-the-art facility—part of AHF’s innovative patient-centered clinic model, eliminating waiting rooms—to Rockaway Beach. The two nonprofits will continue to deliver cutting-edge medical care and related services to patients at the site regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. Services provided on site will include medical care by AHF, food and nutrition, case management, and a food pantry among other services by ACQC.
