National commercialization initiative prepares for INNESTO Rx™ sales beginning January 4, 2027

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CSQ Bio® today announced the introduction of CSQ Bio® – Surgical, its surgical-focused business, and unveiled INNESTO Rx™, a CSQ Bio®-branded surgical collagen powder. National commercial sales of INNESTO Rx™ are scheduled to begin January 4, 2027. The underlying collagen product is FDA 510(k)-cleared.

CSQ Bio® – Surgical will focus on national commercialization of surgical products, working with manufacturers and healthcare organizations on product introductions, clinical education and market development.

Introducing INNESTO Rx™

INNESTO Rx™ utilizes non-hydrolyzed, triple-helical bovine collagen and is supplied in sterile, single-use packaging. Upon contact with a new or open wound, the collagen powder transforms into a gel that covers the wound area and maintains a moist, low-pH wound environment.

The product is intended for use in accordance with the FDA-cleared labeling and indications for use of the underlying device. These include partial- and full-thickness wounds; Stage I–IV pressure wounds; venous ulcers; ulcers caused by mixed vascular etiologies; venous stasis ulcers; diabetic ulcers; first- and second-degree burns; cuts and abrasions; and surgical wounds.

Applicable surgical areas include orthopedic surgery, podiatry and foot and ankle, cardiovascular, abdominal, neurologic, plastic and breast reconstruction, general surgery, OB/GYN, trauma and vascular procedures, as well as applicable burn and ulcer cases.

National Commercialization

CSQ Bio® – Surgical will work with manufacturers and healthcare organizations to introduce surgical technologies nationwide. Preparations for INNESTO Rx™ commercial sales are underway ahead of the planned January 4, 2027 start date.

CSQ Bio® plans to introduce INNESTO Rx™ to healthcare and industry partners in connection with SAWC Fall 2026, taking place October 15–18 in Las Vegas, ahead of commercial sales in January 2027.
