Davis Polk Welcomes Prominent Media & Entertainment Partner Glen Mastroberte in Los Angeles

Arrival further strengthens the firm’s growing platform in LA

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Davis Polk today announced that prominent entertainment lawyer Glen Mastroberte has joined the firm as a partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions practice in Los Angeles. Mr. Mastroberte represents clients in all legal and business aspects of the media, entertainment and sports industries.

Mr. Mastroberte’s practice spans complex M&A transactions, financings, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, strategic alliances, branding, licensing and endorsement transactions, and other corporate transactions on behalf of investors, investment funds, private equity firms, financial institutions, studios, production companies, producers, music labels, music catalog owners, talent agencies and individual talent. He has extensive experience advising on high-profile deals for clients in the film, television, music, sports, video gaming, beauty and technology sectors. Mr. Mastroberte joins Davis Polk from Skadden, where he was a partner and served as head of the global Media and Entertainment practice and the Los Angeles Corporate group.

Davis Polk announced the launch of its Los Angeles office in May 2026 with the hire of Civil Litigation partner Jason Russell. The firm has since continued to build out its capabilities in the region and will continue to grow to offer clients a full-service platform.
