Guild Achieves Workday Certified Integration Status to Simplify Workforce Data Connectivity

Certified Workday Human Capital Management connector streamlines employee eligibility management, improves data accuracy, and helps employers deliver education benefits more efficiently

DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Guild, a leading workforce development platform, today announced that it has achieved Workday Certified Integration status with the launch of the Guild Workday HCM Connector. The certified connector gives employers a more seamless way to connect employee data between Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Guild, replacing manual file transfers with a direct connection that automatically synchronizes employee information to determine and manage eligibility for Guild programs.

For employers, keeping eligibility data current is a critical part of delivering education and skilling programs effectively. Guild connects education and skilling opportunities to millions of eligible employees across a broad range of industries. At that scale, reliable workforce data and seamless connectivity between systems are essential. The Guild Workday HCM Connector is designed to reduce implementation complexity and ongoing maintenance while helping improve the reliability and accuracy of employee data used to determine access to Guild's programs.

"Our employer partners want technology that works seamlessly with the systems they already rely on," said JP Moran, Chief Commercial Officer at Guild. "Achieving Workday Certified Integration status is an important step in deepening the connection between education, skilling, and the broader talent ecosystem. As we expand our Workday capabilities, we see an opportunity to help employers better understand the talent they are building and connect employee development to the skills their businesses need."

OU Health, the University of Oklahoma’s academic health system, is among the first employers to implement Guild’s certified Workday integration, using the connector to support more efficient employee eligibility management.

Guild plans to expand its integration through Workday Cloud Connect for Learning, allowing skills earned and learning completion data from Guild programs to feed directly into an employee's Workday profile.

“As skills become increasingly important in our AI-fueled economy, the connection between learning and core systems matters more than ever,” said Josh Bersin, global industry analyst and CEO of The Josh Bersin Company. “Guild’s integration with Workday gives employers a strong foundation to understand their talent, skills, and future capabilities across the organization.”

More information on Guild's integration can be found at https://guild.com/workday, and on the Workday Marketplace, which provides easy access to solutions built by Workday and its partners.
