Flying Fish Dares Quebecers to Party at Dracula’s Castle for the Ultimate Halloween Experience

Dracula descends on the province with a one-of-a-kind promotion giving two lucky winners* a chance to travel to Transylvania for an exclusive party at the legendary Bran Castle

MONTREAL--(BUSINESS WIRE)--This Halloween, Flying Fish is daring Quebecers to go where no flavoured beer beverage has taken them before: Dracula’s Castle. Now open for entries, the “Do You Dare to Party at Dracula’s Castle?” promotion offers two consumers of legal drinking age and their plus ones the chance to win a trip to Romania. Guests will experience an exclusive, invite-only Halloween bash featuring DJs at Bran Castle in Transylvania on November 7, 2026.

Flying Fish, the lemon-flavoured beer beverage known for its refreshing taste, entered the Quebec market earlier this year with a brand platform centred on the unexpected. Since then, the brand has looked for new ways to bring that spirit to life, with spooky season providing its latest playground.

This time, Flying Fish is enlisting Count Dracula, who will descend on Montreal, appearing in some unlikely places across the city throughout October before he heads back home for the party:

  • Dracula hits the road: From October 2-3, Dracula will be making stops around the city, encouraging consumers of legal drinking age to take the dare and enter for their chance to party with him in Transylvania. Stay tuned to Flying Fish’s Instagram page(@FlyingFishCA) to see where he turns up.
  • A special delivery from Dracula: Dracula will make his way to the doorsteps of select Quebec media and influencers, personally delivering invitations to join him for the celebration.
  • Dare to match: Dracula is taking to Tinder in search of daring Quebecers. Those who match with the Count will be met with his ultimate proposition: do you dare party at Dracula’s Castle? And a chance to enter the contest for themselves.

“An invitation to party at Dracula’s Castle is the kind of unexpected activation that feels perfectly aligned to the unexpected taste Flying Fish offers the marketplace,” said Emma Stengs, Marketing Director of Beyond Beer, Labatt Breweries of Canada. “To kick off October, the brand is bringing the spirit of Dracula’s world to Canadian soil to give Quebecers an invitation to take the dare.”
